Gioacchino Rossini, the internationally renowned composer, is one of the most famous men born here. He also has a pizza dedicated to him, which is original and artistic (just like him): the Rossini pizza. a margherita base, sliced boiled egg and mayonnaise. You must try it if you happen to be in Pesaro or a nearby town.
